What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a welcome e-mail containing a link to an on-line questionaire. The information you provide us with will determine the contents of your wedding website. The faster you provide us with this information, the faster your website will be up and running.

How long will it take for my website to be created?
The usual turnaround time from the moment you place your order to the time you actually see your website live may be anywhere from 2-10 business days. The reason why this time varies is because some customers choose the option of having our company scan photographs and images for them, and it takes time for postal mail to arrive to our office. If you choose to send us the photographs through the Internet, this will greatly quicken the process of creating your website.

How can I check up on the status of my order?
Simply e-mail us through our Contact page and be sure to provide us with the following information that you used to sign-up:

• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Website Name
• E-Mail Address

Can I scan the photographs myself and simply send them to you?
Absolutely! We only ask that you scan them at high quality (at least 100 DPI). You can either e-mail your image files to us in .zip format, upload them to our server, or provide us with the photographs on a CD. Please be sure to indicate this preference when you place your order.

What can I choose as my domain name?
If you purchase the Gold "Champagne" package you may choose any domain name you would like (i.e. www.GwenAndBradsWedding.com, www.SmithsWedding.com) as long as it isn't already registered. Please make sure the domain name you desire is not taken. All of the other packages will take the form of www.GwenAndBrad.shareyourwedding.co.uk (you may of course purchase a domain name). Remember that only letters, numbers and dashes are allowed in domain names.

Will I have to register the domain name myself?
No. By purchasing our Gold "Champagne" package, www.shareyourwedding.co.uk will register the domain and take care of registration fees for you.

What if I already own a domain name, can I use it?
Absolutely! Please mention it in the "Special Comments" section of the order form and we will give you further instructions.

Will I have to pay separate domain registration fees?
No. As long as you choose to host your website on our servers, we will take care of the domain registration fees for you. If however, after 2 years you decide that you no longer wish to host your website on our servers, you will have to pay the domain registration fees on your own. If you do not pay these domain registration fees, your domain name will no longer exist.

Will I have ownership of my domain name?
Yes. If however, after 2 years, you decide that you no longer wish to host your website on our servers, you will have to pay your own domain registration fees. If you do not continue to pay these fees on your own, you will lose ownership and the domain will no longer exist.

What happens to my wedding website after service is terminated (12 months)?
What happens is up to you. For a low annual fee you can continue to host your website with www.shareyourwedding.co.uk and not have to worry about separate domain registration fees or having to deal with transferring your website files elsewhere. Or, if you simply choose to discontinue your website altogether, www.shareyourwedding.co.uk will take it offline 5 days after your termination date. A CD will be sent to your postal address which contains all of your website files, allowing you to view your website on your computer locally.
